Streaming/download progress

As data is downloading, we should be able to provide updates in the form of a LazyList[Update] feed in the HttpResponse object. This can work in a similar fashion to the progress updates in Octogenarian.

This shouldn't be too much more work than creating a Spool and mapping a side-effecting update over the body.
