support running Fury on Windows

I'm not sure what is required to get this to work, and I don't know what is possible in terms of getting things like tab-completion working. Is it supported at all in the Windows shell?

Could we have this pushed past 1.0, or at least scoped-down to "works under Git BASH (https://gitforwindows.org/)" ? :sweat_smile:

I think we will need to see how hard it is. I honestly don't know how hard it is to run half the stuff (git, coursier, java, ...) that Fury needs on Windows. Virtus Lab have more experience there, so I'll be relying on them (or anyone else with Windows experience) to work on this. Either way, nothing's going to be held up from release by lack of Windows support!

Fury seems to work using WSL2.
