fix(console): Can't re-activate payments/billing after cancellation from non-payment
Once a Stripe subscription has been cancelled due to non-payment (after the configured payment retry/collection period):
- The option to pay or cancel still shows up under Invoices/payments, allowing a user to make a payment without having a subscription associated to it.
- No option to create another subscription (with updated payment information) to get reoccurring payments going.
- The purchased plan is still in effect.
This may be an artifact from an old test account and payments/subscritions (from July), and issues under 2 and 3 might not exist with accounts/customers created more recently.
