feat(docs): Docs for designer and custom domains

Add docs for designer and custom domains to our developer docs. Take screenshots from app. For custom domains, note in documentation that the configuration needs to be on real DNS records, unlike the Cloudflare proxy records.

To be delivered when the features are done and ready for early consumption.
