feat(passport): multi-account / profile

Why

Users may find themselves logging into applications with various Rollup profiles and need a convenient way to select which profile (or a new profile) to continue with

What

Similar to Google's multi account flow we need to manage multiple profiles in passport by using session discriminators. Passport can then list all sessions with these discriminators.

When a user selects one of the listed profiles or continues with a new account we can set the read in this JWT and and continue with through the flow with this context.
