chore(profile): Migrate Profile to third-party app configuration

To have Profile be a full example of a third-party app in the Rollup ecosystem, it should be moved into a third-party app configuration. The sequence looks as follows:

• [ ] Migrate Account management from Profile to Passport - #1842
• [ ] Add scopes for modifying Profile-specific data to Galaxy - Deps #1507 #2024
• [ ] Migrate my.rollup.id to the Custom domain configuration
• [ ] Add session (cookie) management capabilities so Profile becomes an SPA, with HttpOnly cookie tied to custom domain origin.
• [ ] Convert Profile-specific scopes to third-party custom scopes (authz v2)

In #1841 I deleted routes from nav-bar and side-bar but the actual routes (code for them) are still in Profile app.

We need to migrate this code from Profile to Passport as part of the solution for this issue.
