ws4sqlite Add ws4sql-npm to documentation?

I created this package which lets you install ws4sql (currently pointed at the 0.17dev2 fork) via npm: https://github.com/blaix/ws4sql-npm

When the fork gets an official release, it might be worth adding to the installation instructions.
