Players who choose their team are unable to engage in PVP

Whenever a player chooses what team they want to be on before the game starts, they are unable to hit other players and can't be hit by other players, if they don't pick their teams this issue doesn't occur.

Another issue, when a player is killed by another player, the killer doesn't get the resources, the option in the file is set to true. Any help would be great!
