Any chance of cutting a new release? Would like to be able to update octokit.

Created a PR to allow the latest version of octokit since it did not introduce any breaking changes to Pronto's usage.

@pbstriker38 I'll do that in a few days, just want to do a little triage on open tickets/PRs -- things have been hectic in real life :sweat_smile:

@ashkulz Hey. How's things going? Hope life is a bit less hectic for you now. When/if you're able, it would be nice to get a new release with updated Octokit and Gitlab requirements. My bundle outdated is looking like this at the moment:

0.11.3 has been released to RubyGems. Publishing future versions should be simpler due to implementation of Trusted Publishing workflow (c7007deaa060395911ba039604655d6d08fae556) :grin:
