Review existing issues and assign them to the release project

There is a ton of issues open at this point which we must re-evaluate and assign to the release project, close, or mark for the future.

This task will be closed once all issues are:

• assigned a label of: feature/bug/duplicate/question/wontfix
• either closed or assigned to the project libspn-release or to the milestone libspn-future
• (optimally) are assigned to an assignee

An issue should be reviewed by the person creating it in the first place, but everyone is welcome to comment on and suggest fate of any issue.
