  • Remove deprecated collectors.
  • Remove deprecated flags.
  • Flip rapl label feature flag to true.

@SuperQ Any contextg why right now? I feel we should at least include all open PRs that introduce (breaking) changes

We changed out the logging library to slog, while technically we don't have log formatting as part of the stability guarantees. I figured it was time.

I actually wanted to time this with the Prometheus 3.0 release.
