How do I send alert notifications when exporter goes down by itself?

The exporter in operation is down or down, how can it notify the exporter that the service is down? For example: "When I kill the exporter, how does it tell me that the exporter is down or abnormal?".

Not sure what you do, but when a Prometheus scrap target doesn't respond, we get an InstanceDown alert. :)
