Clarify "This repository is currently WIP and experimental."

We should be more granular about this phrasing.

It is experimental because we migth need to change some security settings to stay secure.

It is WIP because a large part of the toolkit is yet to be written, e.g. the landing page.

This fits the theme I keep yapping about: Become more assertive in our messaging.

I kind of disagree: having to change security settings to stay secure doesn't mean it is something experimental. All softwares around have to be updated in order to stay safe ... does this mean are experimental? Instead of vaguely marking it as WIP why not add a TO DO list (maybe some people can also contribute)?

I'm looking into using the exporter-toolkit, but printing [EXPERIMENTAL] in the CLI doesn't look very good
