It's not really a FAQ and the community page is the closest we have to a place where we put all the boiler plate. Maybe s/community/project/ would be in order?

Should we work with CNCF to add a legal page with this + the copyright/trademark stuff, including logo and name usage, cookies policy with google analytics ?

I don't think the community page should be a dumping ground, the FAQ is the closest we have currently for stuff like this lacking a legal page.

Yeah, I think FAQ makes sense, and move it to the legal page once / if we ever get one.
