Script to dump contents of DirectFileStore files

When working on the DirectFileStore code, it would be helpful to have a small script that prints the metrics from those files in a human-readable format. We probably wouldn't distribute this with the gem.

This was a good idea in the original multi-process support PR for a debugging utility the would help when working on DirectFileStore.
