New Gauge metric with Pandas support

I have been working with in a new gauge metric where I can pass DataFrame directly to mount the entire metric with 1 line, it is based on gauge labeled.

I have forked a repo with the stack that I modified to this, follow its repo.

Soon I will release one post in two languages (pt-br and english), explaning this
