The configuration has two <time_interval> sections

Since https://github.com/prometheus/alertmanager/pull/2779 the configuration (documentation) includes two <time_interval> sections (https://prometheus.io/docs/alerting/latest/configuration/#time_interval resp https://prometheus.io/docs/alerting/latest/configuration/#time_interval-0). The problem stems from the rename of mute_time_interval to time_interval without respecting it already were a time_interval section.
