exporter creates lots of files in /tmp

i have the exporter installed on a physical server
after a while i see a significant amount of files with no data in my /tmp directory

Do you scrape the local machine only, or do you use remote scraping? Also, what is your scrape frequency?

I also have the same issue. I set a 30-second timeout for IPMI Exporter on my local machine, which caused the temporary files not to be cleaned up properly. I observed that when there are too many SEL logs, a similar issue occurs
