[kube-prometheus-stack] pre-install fails with "timed out waiting for the condition"

Describe the bug a clear and concise description of what the bug is.

When I try to install the kube-prometheus-stack chart on my cluster I get the error:

helm.go:86: 2024-10-29 16:47:36.479177101 +0000 UTC m=+312.682104820 [debug] failed pre-install: 1 error occurred:
	* timed out waiting for the condition

What's your helm version?

version.BuildInfo{Version:"v3.16.2", GitCommit:"13654a52f7c70a143b1dd51416d633e1071faffb", GitTreeState:"clean", GoVersion:"go1.22.7"}

What's your kubectl version?

Client Version: v1.31.2 Kustomize Version: v5.4.2 Server Version: v1.31.1-eks-ce1d5eb

Which chart?

kube-prometheus-stack

What's the chart version?

65.5.0

What happened?

How to reproduce it?

Anything else we need to know?

I tried different versions of the chart but they all give the same result(I tried 65.4.0 and 64.0.0)
