Allow to download binaries from remote servers

Hi,

In the main role, the playbook downloads binaries on local machine (ansible controller) and copy them to remote servers. Can you add a feature to allow to download binaries directly from targeted servers?

It can be useful with low bandwidth Ansible controllers and/or with lots of targeted servers...
