Allow to set priority for the added repositories

Hello,

Something I missed when configuring repositories is a way to set their priorities without manually editing repos.conf file: https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki//etc/portage/repos.conf#Ebuild_repository_priority

Maybe it could be handled by eselect-repository :/
