Feature: Integrate categories table

Current behavior

Categories table is currently showing placeholder data. Need to integrate this with the user's data.

• Also not sure what the progress bars are for. If it is to measure the user's progress against their set budget, then we might want to defer that until there's a feature to set and define their budgets.

Hi @VinitSarvade This is not ready. So I can swap it to you. We are soon done with the Neon DB soon so we can start pulling the data.
