Username is not visible for editing when newly registered account visits account settings page.

Issue maybe recreated here: this clip is recorded upon creating a fresh new account (testaccount), I immediately went to the Profile page and then Edit Profile to see how the username would appear.

In my case, it's showing the username of the previous login (my actual account - toiretto).

Then if you go ahead and edit it, it should allow you and say 'Settings saved.' But it will not change. Everything will only start to work when you re-login again.
