PDF Preview is only working in Firefox and not Chrome

I can only get the PDF Preview to work in Firefox and not in Google Chrome. I have the latest version of each browser. I have attached a screenshot of what it looks like in Chrome. The preview works fine in Firefox. I have tried this in Chrome on multiple computers with no success. I have a test account if you need to see what it's doing.

I found that you have to go to chrome settings, then privacy & security, then site settings, then click on "Additional content settings near the bottom, then click "PDF documents", then click "Open PDFs in Chrome". And now the yellow PDF preview button works in Chrome.
