Sync CI/CD workflows including but not limited to:

• [x] Update Mesa Examples .precommit sync with Mesa as appropriate
• [ ] Update Mesa Examples pyproject sync with Mesa as appropriate, ensure tests against github repo
• [ ] Add codecov and spelling ignore
• [ ] Add coderabbit

Update examples including but not limited to

• [ ] Make all examples compatible with 3.2
• [ ] Ensure readme and instructions consistent with 3.2
• [ ] Ensure READMEs consistent as appropriate
