Add random seed to all examples for reproducible result best practice

What's the problem this feature will solve?

Currently, the examples are non-deterministic by default. This makes beginners having to discover seeding on their own, somehow.

Describe the solution you'd like

Just seed the examples as long as their schedulers use randomization.
