Test examples visualisation in CI

If we can test the visualisation in CI that would be quite great. Especially the new Solara based one.

@rht could we do this by detecting all the app.py files and running those in some way?

Since you wrote the original test_examples.py tests and workflow, would you like to give it a shot?

Since everything is already breaking, https://github.com/projectmesa/mesa-examples/issues/154 is far from done, and a new visualization is incoming (https://github.com/projectmesa/mesa/pull/2263) which will break things again, I pinned this issue to mark it as a priority.
