Delegate channel ID management to backend

Make the transport responsible for which channels get used. This way backends will be able to merge channels (except ReliableOrdered) and we won't be limited by u8::MAX number of channels. From our side we just add an ID before each event if the channel has more than 1 event. Suggested by @NiseVoid in Discord.
