Removing MySQL-python from requirements.txt

This module does not build against current version of MariaDB in Debian Stable.

As it's optional (only needed if using the separate, self contained, export script I have removed it from requirements.txt and added notes to README.md to explain it is now to be manually installed if users wish to use the script.
