advise to support send to rawhttp request

as i use this library for a period of time , i found the retryablehttp does not support rawhttp,because some url includes % or ../ ，only the rawhttp can send it to server,so i wanna retryablehttp add a function named dor to send a rawhttp, includes rawhttp's pipeline too.thank you all!
