Add internal stats

Please describe your feature request:

Add internal dns stats to track errors and time spent

• For each request we should add a trace functionality with hookup for most common events
• Number of errors for resolvers
• RoundTrip for resolvers
• Optionally implement a smart functionality that gives priority to the most responsive resolvers and lowers the usage of faulty ones

Hi, what is the status of this? I would find this functionality useful myself as well. Is this just pending lint errors? Happy to jump in and help this get pushed if that would help.
