Add support for Windows Remote Management (WINRM) to enable authentication (Basic, NTLM, Kerberos), remote command execution, and template-based security scanning on Windows systems.

Describe the use case of the feature

Adding WINRM support in Nuclei will enable security professionals to perform remote security assessments, configuration checks, and compliance audits on Windows systems. This will allow users to authenticate, execute commands, and run templates over WINRM, similar to SSH-based checks, improving Windows security scanning and automation.
