[BUG] Nuclei template auto update

Current Behavior

The auto-update feature of Nuclei templates does not remove templates from the system when they are deleted or merged. For instance, the template from this commit remains on all our environments, including Windows (10 and Server 2022) and Ubuntu instances, even though it was deleted. Similarly, merged templates, such as the ones in this commit, also remain. Since I rely on Nuclei's automatic updates and do not handle updates manually, it seems to be an issue with Nuclei.

Expected Behavior

When template is deleted/merged from official repo to be reflected on system and delete it from system too...

Steps To Reproduce

Just run Nuclei when there is new version of Templates

- Nuclei: 3.3.7
- Go: 1.22.4
