Remove documentation as docs are now centralized at docs.projectdiscovery.io

It's very hard to keep them in sync with this approach, whereas having the readme within the repository allow engineers and contributors to also easily update corresponding docs. What about having the centralized docs just pull from each tool repository a predefined folder containing all docs?

@Mzack9999 I think we could consider that, but what we're optimizing for here is honestly the user experience of using the docs and our tools over the engineering experience of updating. With documentation spread out across GitHub repos, it is very hard for a user to get an overview of the tools.

This is something we should discuss more as the initiative to move to a centralized docs platform was originally @ehrishirajsharma 's and I've just been executing on it.
