LDAP Interaction not work with legity tool like ADExplorer or MMC

i'm in latest version of interactsh and if i try to auth directly on interact sh server it created an error :

@Serizao Just to confirm - Are you using https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/adexplorer on a windows box? In case which windows version?

The fisrt is mmc and the second is adexplorer from windows sysinternals. I use windows 11 but to me ldap call not depend of windows version. The interactsh run on linux
