Feature Request : Save incoming request on self hosted interact-server

Please describe your feature request:

Option to save all incoming request in nice JSON format

Describe the use case of this feature:

Currently it is only possible to view incoming traffic to self hosted interact-server using debug mode. This is hard to read. JSON format output would make it easy to analyze the output.
