Issues with JARM fingerpriting

In certain cases the -jarm flag can cause the program to hang. Debugging/stepping through the code-base will not result in a hang, hence it is clear that it is a concurrency issue, but even then the value is not calculated correctly.

p.s. The problem seems to be around pooling.
