Force HTTP Version

option to force a HTTP version 0.9 / 1.0 / 1.1 / 2 / 3 H2 without TLS = H2C / H3 with no TLS must fail i guess

for HTTP2 2 options is needed

1. force H2 only and fail if server does not support it (ALPN = H2) (no tls = H2C)
2. fallback to HTTP/1.1 if H2 is not supported by server (ALPN = H2,HTTP/1.1) (no tls = HTTP/1.1) this is good option for default http version

        ALPN Protocol
            ALPN string length: 2
            ALPN Next Protocol: h2
            ALPN string length: 8
            ALPN Next Protocol: http/1.1
