🤔 I'm unsure what's going wrong.

I use the popup mode in a daily manner, with a lot of tabs in a Firefox beta build. This issue never occurred.

Could you please provide some more information about your Firefox?

You could try to nail down the issue when testing with a fresh (second) Firefox profile and installing other addons each by each.
