need to press alt-W twice to get to second TAB-group

Hello,

Running 0.8.11. I noticed that when the first group is visible, I need to use alt-W twice to get to the second group; the rest works as normal (only one alt-W). I see no empty group or whatever to explain this.

How to fix?

I checked and there is no 'hidden' group behind the others.
