Stops working after a while

On FF 70 on Fedora 30 x86_64 we noticed that after a while the alt-W and the PTG menu stop working. I.e.: no tab switch, no nothing. After restarting FF all is OK again. This might be introduced by a change in FF? How to debug?

Probably 0.8.10, I just updated to 0.8.11
