Feature: Add "Scroll to Top" Button

Description:

• I’d like to add a Scroll-to-Top button that appears when the user scrolls down the page.

Solution:

• Add a floating arrow-up button ⬆️ fixed at the bottom-right corner of the screen.

• Smoothly scroll the page back to the top when user's click.

Can you please assign to me ?
