additional docs on HTTP/2 connection reuse issue + workarounds
The HTTP/2 connection reuse issue is documented in https://projectcontour.io/resources/faq/. However, some improvements to this doc can be made:
- discuss the case of mixed TLS term + TLS passthrough
- discuss certs with multiple SANs in addition to wildcard certs
- improve discoverability of doc
The Contour project currently lacks enough contributors to adequately respond to all Issues.
