MutipleInstanceTask without addressedGroups

Currently no WorkItem is created when a MultipleInstanceTask is completed that has no addressedGroups - which leaves the case in a "deadlock". How should we handle this?

  • runtime error
  • enforce the presence of addressedGroups on the API
  • something else?
