Update "Resource Scenarios" wiki page

After #1405 is completed, we should take another pass at the Resource Scenarios wiki page so the structure and content more closely matches the updates made in that ticket and the various options available for adding items.

That might mean breaking up the page content into a couple of different wiki pages, not sure.
