Support localization/internationalization in decription field

I think you would need to have a way to separate the Nulecule file from the translation. The description is part of the UI, so it is important this part is translated properly, ie, by a translator. In turn, translators might not be well versed in the Nulecule file syntax and most of them already have tools to translate using specific formats ( and make sure update on the strings are not missed ), so we should make sure theses various tools can be used with Nulecule.

We never managed to do it right with RPM as far as I know, so this is the chance to get it right now.
