We should have a simple "hello world" application (preferably an apache / nginx web server with "Hello Atomic App") rather than our current helloapache example.

would be nice to have a 'helloworld' example that doesn't have the implementation in the name (i.e. we don't need apache in the name). Also would be great to have it be friendly to a curl from the command line so that it doesn't fill up the entire screen.
