Update hosted instance of linter

Red Hat hosts the linter. This should be kept up to date, including providing a set of profiles to select from in the drop-down menu. Given the recent re-design of rules (which result in "profiles") we may need to provide these as a multi-select checkbox element. Or we somehow bundle rules as "Profiles" behind the scenes.

FYI - I already updated the hosted linter to use the redesigned rule engine , but the changes are not live yet, pending the addition of new profiles. My preference is that we create bundled profiles (eg one for OSBS, one for Project Atomic etc) and make the user select one at a time. The hosted linter UI will be enhanced to show the contents of field "profile.description", to help the user select the profile of interest.
