Updated docs / list of current functions from Nulecule specification

We should have a README or current functions that are implemented by Atomic App from the Nulecule spec. Or a basic overview.

At the moment it's frustrating that we have to go to the Nulecule repo to figure out how to use Atomic App.

with the closure of #460 persistent storage will also need to be added to atomicapp for a list of implemented functions.
