OS X support

This relates to issue #409

We should support native OS X integration. One of the main points being that:

  • /var/lib/atomicapp dir should not be used
  • Docker is located at /usr/local/docker rather than /usr/bin/docker

Blah. I need to find a Mac OS X machine to fix this. Binary generation has been added, but it is largely undocumented at the moment / not tested.
